Robb C. Wood answered my Craigslist Ad for a roommate in Bogota, Colombia where I live. The agreement was that when he arrived in town, he would pay me first and last month's rent. To make a long story short, he had every excuse why he couldn't pay me the additional money he owed me- His ATM card wasn't working, he forgot to bring down enough dollars to change, his "friend" in the States was supposed to wire money and that mysteriously fell through, etc. etc. I finally became suspicious after the 5th day, ran a Google search, and see that he is a serial con artist (now, international con artist). I literally kicked him out of my apartment an hour ago.
