PopUp Advertisement said I had won a cell phone and send $4 for shipping in 3 weeks. When I got my Credit Card Statement I found that they had taken NZ$58.45. Have repeatedly asked for refund of my money and to this date have never been sent the Phone. I have e-mailed nearly every day and they come back with the same stupid excuses. I have had to cancel and close my Account with the Bank. There are many places on the net re scammers and this BogaBids is mentioned in nearly all of them. They say I should have read their Terms & Conditions. At the time of paying the Shipping I did not realise that I was subscribing to a monthly account. I thought since the POP UP Advertisement I had won a cell phone I never thought for one minute I was going to get subscribed to a monthly account. I have e-mailed them nearly every day and they answer with the same stupid answers. There are several sites on the net advising that BogaBids are SCAMERS. I doub if I will ever see the Cell Phone or a Refund of my money. They asked for a Credit Card Signed Form - I doubt it, I wasn't sending them anything like that. It is like giving a License to Kill. Hope someone reads this and lets others know to stay away from BogaBids Gibralta (Spelling ??).
