I, WILLIAM LOGAN, RECEIVED AN ONLINE ,"TAKE THIS SURVEY OFFER", & in turn this outfit promised to send a gift, if I paid the 3dollars shipping & handling fee... it wouldn't accept my offer at the time for the 3 dollars S&H... instead they invoice my latter for this additional charge..,of a membership fee I had no idea about.
This an initial invoice they have sent my today, which I absolutely refuse to pay.
I have this funny feeling that these individuals will keep hounding me for this bogas payment.
Please see what you can do to get these people shut down.
THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS...
