International boundaries
Call received purporting to be Microsoft saying 1) computer fault 2) Microsoft licence needs renewing. Gave them access to computer, threats of blocking computer, paid them by credit card. Refused to co-operate with them on many further calls.Reported them to credit card company but probably won't see money returned. Had computer wiped and info re-installed. Still getting phone calls!
If nuisance calls continue I will involve police.
