i do not have a username because i never applied to them.i have had an unauthorised fee of 69.95 taken from my bank account approximately two weeks ago and then 3 days ago. . when i try to contsact them on their telephone number no one is answering even though they say their business hours is from 9 to 6. i have spoken to someone and she has said the money will be refunded back into my account. as of yet the money has not been refunded and they have taken another fee of 69.95 from my account even though i have never asked them for a loan. i had said to them via email that i will be involving the police and the office of fair trading and the financial ombudsman but they still have not acknowledged my email.
