unauthorised transaction £69.95 27/1/2014 taken from my account.details merrywood finance Tel:01403215760 supplied from bank .contacted them advised receipt 7 days , then adviced 10 / 14 working days , then 30 days .i was told of the woman answering the phone to stop acting like a child an to grow up , to not contact them again my refund 30
( IF I WAS LUCKY ) join the queue .i advised i was filing complaint - reply good luck !disgusted!
