The Same thing has happened to me as all other complaints and yes if I ever met the woman who answers phone I would kick her up and down street also I would like to know if anyone has ever had a refund I've also emailed business omnibus to register a complaint believing gangsters run this company and also threatened to go to downing street on this if I don't get satisfaction
