I googled Embassy Suites and was attempting to make a reservation. Thought I was on the the company's websit booked the rooms and night I wanted. Get an email from hotelsaving.com saying my reservation was paid for. Really wasn't happy about that but wanted the room for that night. Was sent in the confirmation email a link if I needed to change my reservation. Atttempted to change the reservation and accideentally cancelled it. Received a cancellation email stating that if this was done in error to call them. Called to try to change it spoke with Kathy and she told me that I could not reinstate my reservation and was not entitled to any of my money. Asked to speak with a manger and was told to hold then came on and said that they would call me back. Never got a return call. Filed a complaint on their website and never got a response. Called the hotel and they said since they sell the rooms to the company they can not do anything about it.
