BOOKED A ROOM FOR 3 NIGHTS BEGINNING OF MAY 2014. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THIS COMPANY WOULD IMMEDIATELY DEBIT MY VISA FOR$US 739.81. I CALLED THEM AND WAITED ON PHONR FOR ALMOST 13 MINUTES… NO ANSWER. THEY NOW ALLEGE ON THE WEBSITE THAT THEY CANNOT FIND MY RESERVATION. I DOUBT THAT VERY MUCH-- IF THEY THINK THAT I WILL GIVE UP THEY ARE MISTAKEN. I AM A SCOTTISH CANADIAN CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE !! YES I WAS UNWARY BUT I WILL NOT TOLERATE THEM HIGHJACKING MY VISA. STAY TUNED !!!
