I booked room via traveocity and had to cancelled and book the following night. I received confirmation of booking reservation and then the cancellation confirmation from travelocity on my email site. I got the credit card bill and it had the travelocity reservation charge of 90.37 and the refund of equal value for the cancellation. All this on 11/3/2013. Also on credit card statement was a Hotel Savings.com charge for 103.32 and a charge for 9.95. I called the listed phone number(FL) and was on hold for over 33 minutes. I looked up the site on line and called the listed number 888-253-1628 after 12 minutes of holding a man named Nickolas answered. He stated I had not cancelled the reservation and they would not refund any money the 9.95 charge was for using the internet. I told him repeatedly that I had booked via travelocity and I had both the emails from them and the cancellation number and that they had refunded the monies on my credit card statement. He insisted that they emailed me my reservation and that it was too late to cancel so he could not refund monies. I have NO EMAILS from this company nor did I book with them. He also stated that "people all the time say they didn't get the emails". I later checked the spam and NO email from this company was there either. He stated they booked for travelocity. After call my credit card company and canceling my card since I did not authorize this company charging me. I later called travelocity and they said that I had nothing showing and that they didn't know about the hotelsavings.com.
