I have purchased the series of three beauty treatments through Wowcher. The treatments were through third party. The beauty salon that was supposed to perform treatments came out to be very untrustworthy and unprofessional so I decided not to proceed with them. I requested refund (from Wowcher as they are the party that received my payment) however they are refusing it hiding behind T&C and refusing any responsibility. They are directing me to the beauty salon who is refusing any contact with me. I feel lost without any means to get to the bottom of this and resolve the issue. Just complete waste of money.
