Item ordered from Wowcher in November. Still not received the item despite numberous emails. I have not recieved a refund either.This was a christmas present and I thought that with ordering it in November, it would be here on time. I contacted the company and was given a tracking number. When I tried to track the item, Royal mail informed me that the tracking number did not exist. I contacted the company again to be informed they would repost it straight away. 5 week later, I am stil waiting.
