On 11th April 2014 I purchased the BitDefender 5PC 2 YR license. Herman Street advertises BitDefender as 'No Popups' 'No Interruptions' etc. However, I found BitDefender is full of Popups and Interuptions.
As it comes with a 30-day refund 'If not fully satisfied' I requested this. Herman Street stated this is not their policy and to see BitDefender. BitDefender support state this is a matter for the reseller Herman Street and that they MUST refund.
Herman Street are reneging on the BitDefender policy they have accepted as part of the reseller agreement.
