International boundaries
Having purchased 3 licenses for Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2016, using the download option for delivery, I promptly received a email showing that you had taken the money from my bank account. However the download link in the email is not recognized by Windows OS, nor did I receive any other email for downloading the software, as indicated in the only email I received.
You further failed to respond to my 5 emails, finalising with a demand for a refund. Your website states that you do not refund for electronic software downloads. However, under the contract you agreed to, despite taking my money, you have yet to provide any software and or licenses, therefore you are in breach of that contract and will make a refund.
I have contacted Bitdefender, as most of the complaints reviewed on the internet, are Bitdefender software related. I have also contacted my bank, who will seek a refund directly from your bank under law.
