Dear Sirs,

I have bought a "Bitdefender anti-virus" solution from this store;

Order date: Nov 16, 2015 10:55:16 AM

They have sent me an activation code that was not working immediately after the purchase.

I e-mailed their support, they offered me to produce a new key for my region in Turkey. Altough I confirmed them umerous times, they did not produce a new key.
( They acted as if they did not hear a callback from me with a follow e-mail, altough during the process I e-mailed them several times ).

I insisted my payment back on 17th November and they replied with the following e-mail on 17th;

"Güney,

I apologize for the confusion, however I just followed up with you this morning in a separate email, as I had not heard back from you.

This email is to confirm your requested refund in the amount of $29.99 has been credited back to your Mastercard ending in 9034.

Once completed, please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to post.

In an effort to provide continuous outstanding service to our customers, we invite you to fill out a customer satisfaction survey once this ticket closes. It is based on the overall service I have provided you.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

They said I would receive it in 3 days. But today I see that the charge which was in "open provision" state was taken by them from my credit card.

I have made a research and found that there are also several persons on the internet complaining about their fradulent activities.

I have to ask for your help in this matter.
