This company tried to scam my father for $249 and dropped price down to $99.99...... See the Conversation my 70 YO father had with Omni tech Support for help to get netflix working on his computer.... When i requested how to contact them they disconnected and now my parents computer is have issues they did not have before.

I have diagnosed your MAC preference files which an individual entity which holds all the settings and associated information for the apps installed in your computer.
