This company tried to scam my father for $249 and dropped price down to $99.99...... See the Conversation my 70 YO father had with Omni tech Support for help to get netflix working on his computer.... When i requested how to contact them they disconnected and now my parents computer is have issues they did not have before.

I have diagnosed your MAC preference files which an individual entity which holds all the settings and associated information for the apps installed in your computer. After the diagnosis it was determined that the Netflix preference file system is corrupted completely and it seems like a Malware might have damaged the preference files.
