They took 69.95 out my account after phoneing them ive been told every week since then that its with the manager and will be paid by friday lol never happens phoned today and got told I was in the priority list and will be payed by friday lol im a single mum of 3 who really needs this money back . Ive also asked to speak to a manger but never available sick of these people
