I was told by the sales department that I will give them a monthly fee of $490 a month to pay off my payday loans. The sales guy told me after the three months, my lenders will be paid off. However, after three months PFG changed their story and said the fees are only for administration purposes and that I would be referred to a settlement company. I was then notified that I will have to pay all of my lenders out of my pocket depending on the settlement agreement. So, basically I am double paying.

I informed them that the sales department told me my monthly fees were based on the total amount I owed to the lenders and that my debt will be erased. Also,PFG told me if I complain to their manager then they will not further anymore services me. I then asked if I could receive a refund and they told me I am allowed to cancel at anytime but I will not get a refund. I explained that nothing that was promised was done and the woman Felicia became very snappy and told me I will not have a settlement if I speak with her manager. I am now currently waiting another month for a settlement agreement and is currently in collections with my lenders due to the false advertisement of this company. If I do not come up with an additional $1500 I will face having my credit ruined and more harassing phone calls from the lenders. I was scammed!
