Originally when i called the 800 number and got Elisha based in Flordia he asked abou my loans he checked to see if i qualify, well of course i did he stated the process woyld start after my first payment of $115 was receivef they told me aftr payment to go to bank and put a hard hold on my account, after that the problems began monies was bein deducted from my account everthing was out of control, i called for assistance they repeated the same thing get a hard hold, the bank informed me that i wouldnt have access they told me to stop payments so i did i informed payless all they woyld tell me was to secure my account, why were they there if i was doing all the foo work? I signed an aurhorization for them to speak on my behalf. This company advertiseas being a company that has a program that helps people with more than two payday loans get out of the hardship and pay their debts, when I signed up I was told that they validate the loan, and the monies I pay will go to the lender for payment after the validation process, since I contracted this company no one has communicated with me unless I call and the only thing I get is that you have a scheduled payment for whatever date it may be. This company has not communicate anything that is going on nor have they showed me that they have communicated with the payday loan companies I owe, I'm receiving calls, and when I call them they state that is what they will do. I called Payless and informed them that my bank is disputing the charges that went through and I need them to email me paperwork showing that the sent something out to one of my lenders , on 3/25/14 they stated they would email to me!! They didn't so I requested to cancel services because the company was a fraud, and I wanted a refund the repersenative stated they not going g to give a refund, but I will send a emails and you will have to wait for a emails response, because there is no contact number. This company didn't do anything on my behalf to clear this debt and owe me $460 dollars. The services I requested were not provided and Payless cannot show proof, so I want a refund.. Because this company is a scam, no communication means their not in your best interest, especially when they take your money and no resolution..
