I called this company on Jan. the 14th to see if they could help me. The Guy on the line talked a great deal saying oh we can help you we help thousands of people everyweek get out of those high intrest payday loans. On that particular day I didnt have the money to pay for it so we set up a post dated check for that upcoming weekend. But by the grace of GOD my sister gave me some money, so I called back the next day on the 15th and asked Adam, if I go ahead and pay today can we get this done in time for me to not have to pay my payday loans coming out at next week. His exact response Oh Im going to get them right on it & we will get this taking care of. Ill we have to do is when you receive your welcome pack sign pages 25-26 & fax back & take page 15 to your bank & thats it.

So the Next day comes the 16th no welcome pack. I call Adam back & tell him i never got my welcome pack. He tells me they can send it out untill it shows they have been paid, & if i want to speed this up to get a bank statement showing that amount taking out. So i did & sent it on the next day the 17th. He said ok once i get that i will send you a welcome pack. 2-3 hours go by I call customer service to see were my welcome pack is. After they verify who i am they tell me I was scheduled to get a phone call to go over my enrolment & that it would take about 10-12 mins & do i have time to go over it now. Of cousre i said YES!

Im not sure what was wrong with their phones but the reception was terrible, they kept cutting in & out. We hung up & called back 2 more times trying to get through all of that stuff. Finally we made it to the end, & i asked so what do i need to do next. She informed once i get the packet sign pages 25-26 & take page 15 to your bank. I asked is that all i have to do? Her Reply "Yes do that & then we can take over from their" I was like OK lets do this.

So i waited for about 15 mins & no email packet was sent. So i Called back it was 5:20 the company said that customer service closed at 7. It was only 5:20 they she be open, but now 5 times in a row a called & the same msg sorry we are closed & office hours are from sometime in the morning until 7pm. it was still an hour out when i called, I actual called all the way up untill it was 7, with no answer and no email sent. I even tried to call Adam back in flordia no answer on that side.

They are closed on the weekend, so i call right away monday morning, they inform me that they will send it again. I tell them its kinda late sending it on this date one its a holiday & 2 its to late to get this done & stop them from billing my accounts.

Tuesday comes & i get to work & their sent on the 20th is my welcome packet with my stuff to sign & fax back. so i do so. Then i print of page 15 the letter for my bank. The so called FDI letter that just had it to my bank manager & they will know what to do. That letter was the most GENERIC LETTER EVER WRITTEN, I could have done that myself, in fact it looked as though i had done it myself. The Bank looked at me & and said what do you want me to do with this, so i had to expalin the best i could what they told me. The bank said if you want to stop payment we can it will be a $25 charge & they would need the check number & exact amount of the check.

At this point im beoynd flustrated, so i call back to see whats going on, they tell me that they havent recieved any fax from me, & that they were plaining on sending my stuff to the banks on the 20th, I remind you the 20th is a holiday banks are closed. I just say forget this cancel this & give me back my $110. She says ok, but the refund manager will send you a email within 24 hours regaruding your refund. I tell her will put in the notes i want a call, becaue yall emails dont seem to come threw. she said ok. well the next day i check my email just in case & yep their is an email from simon saying i have canceld your account no refund will be given.

So i call to speak no answer, i call agian & leave a msg, no respone. I send an email no reply. I call Adam back & he says Simon is in a meeting & that he would leave a msg for him to call me back. i wait untill its about time to go home & time for their company to close, no call back so i call customer service wanting to speak with someone, about my refund. They tell me they will leave another msg for simon. So i get up and start calling & after about 3 calls he finally answers the phone. I expalaind everything i just typed on here & that no service was done for me, i want a refund. he said no, & that i signed a contract so no refund. We went back & forth on the matter, him saying that they did give me service & me saying what was it, i still had to pay my loans & and that his serivce to that point was the email. Lot more longer story short & after he hung up on me & i called him back 20 plus times in the span of 15 mins he let me talk to the person that runs the company, Then we went sevaerl rounds of because they sent me an email i was charged that $110 & they would not refund me back. To cut this off because im tired of typing. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!! THEY TALK YOU INTO SINING A CONTRACT & ONCE THATS DONE ALL THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES OUT THE WINDOW. THEY DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO & EVEN WHAT THEY SAY THEIR GOING TO DO CAN BE DONE ON YOUR OWN!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM, I NEVER GOT MY REFUND THEY ARE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
