Back in November merrywood took 2 payments of £69.95. I have been trying to get it refunded I was initially told it be in my account by 3rd February. 3rd February came and went no refund with this I have lost count of how many phonecalls I have made since then and number of letters and emails sent to always be told the same. We dealing with a back log it's with the manager be in your account by end of wee. I am still waiting for the refund. The customer service team are rude and just keep fobbing me of. It's fair bit of money they had from me nod the amount if phonecalls is a joke. Any ideas of how I can get this refund.
