I'm trying desperately to stop this deal and it IS lie after lie after lie.
They shipped a broken tv, I took it down to UPS, and it's been weeks for a replacement...and no contact. I called with the confirmation number of the shipment, "Oh, yes, we'll get another right out to you."
They're so full of it.
