GD Escape sales rep contacted me over the phone and offered me a tour package to Orlando Florida and Fort Lauderdale. Told the rep that I might have problems with that because I do not have yet a visa to travel to the US. They said that they can help me get a tourist visa so I can travel to the US. Now that I know for sure that I could not travel to the US on the date that I am supposed to travel, I tried contacting them but have been unsuccessful. I tried going to their website, but there's no info on how I can get customer support. They seem to work fast when they are getting your money, but they could not be reached when you need their support.
