I attended a real estate seminar that costed me almost two thousand dollar and fell ill and could not make the 3 day training . I asked to reschedule my training. Was told nothing was available in my area if I don't make the one scheduled. I could not get a refund , was what they told me. Those know what they are doing, they pressure you to give them your money then after that they mistreat you. They are a scam!!!!
