Hi all, this is a scam . I was looking for doing trials on face creams this luminique was available it stated 12 places so l joined knowing it was stated as trials for 30 days just send empty jar back. I received the packet two jars of age cream and one toner with spray. The cream was horrible on my skin and the toner once I sprayed it well it went everywhere. Never have I had that with any before. I tried ringing over one hour later and after getting dis connected tone from one number I knew these are not decent honest company. The young man had no idea what to say just told me I can ring australia . I was not happy the way he gave me details on how to return items. Therefore I emailed the company and asked for conformation. It seems they automatically put people on auto delivery and I only signed up for a trial no I did not read the conditions I now wish I had as I never would have done it. I am not working and I wanted to help do something which I have known others do, not this company. My first email got an email 24hrs later different details slightly compared to over the phone. The address is in an industrial estate near glasgow and the return post code is different to one they give you on the package. My advice do not accept delivery. I am having to buy copies of account they sent me he said put the returns number above addressmake it clear so it is there. I got o reply saying it would be . Second asked could I inform them what was wrong would I accept 30%discount I said no and I told you why don't bully or harass or anything you are frightening me with your company. I am posting items off with the post office and getting it delivery guaranteed so costing more but peace of mind. They threaten to send more if the returns are not quick. Well so much. For 30 day trials not right. Regards
