I subscribed to Just Cloud in 2012 and paid 115 Euros (about $150) for an unlimited account. When I tried to use the service it kept failing and I found that I was unable to upload any data. After several frustrating attempts to correct the problem, including contacting their so-called technical support, I cancelled the account on the same day. I was refunded only 100 Euros. When I asked about this they told me the missing 15.00 Euros it a "cancellation fee".

In 2013 I received a charge to my pay-pal account for € 14.95 for a "renewal". Apparently Just Cloud had set up a recurring charge on my pay-pal account at the time of subscription and I had authorized this without realizing it. I contacted Just Cloud and they agreed to refund the latest charge, but I am not optimistic. We'll see what happens.

I have now cancelled the recurring charge so I think my damages are limited to the € 30.00 I have lost so far. However, I would like to warn other potential users that this company is a scam. While there do appear to be satisfied customers, the service appears not to work well and you will be charged a fee if you cancel the service. Also beware of agreeing to a recurrent charge. The company will continue to charge your account even after you have cancelled their service.
