I was told that the website was free, then I was charged on 10/26/2011 for a fee that I had not authorized to take out of my bank account. I called the support 1-877 number to dispute the charge. On 10/27/2011 they reimbursed me. But on 10/28/2011 they took it out again which now I am overdrawn in the bank because of the two $35 dollar over draft fees were not taken off. I called again and they told me to send them a copy of my bank statement so I emailed them a copy. Now they have not called me back on this insident and I am out a total of $177.20 because of their website. I even told the lady on the phone that I had not used the site in months and asked her why they didn''t send me a message about updating the payments. She said that there was an email sent. Well it turns out that they sent the email to the Spam mail and I never look at those. I just delete them because I don't want a virus on my computer by clicking on something that could give me one. I am so mad that they did this because I am over drawn in my bank account and is wanting that money back. I should not have to pay for something that I thought was free. Thank you. Sincerely, Lisa H
