I changed my mind after applying for a loan and on discovering they had taken £69.99 brokerage fee from my account.
Which was very large considering I was only looking for £100 loan. I called Merrywood on Jan 10th & was told it took 30 days & money would definitely be in my account on 21st Feb. Now I have been told it has gone to Management team. On asking to speak to one of that team I was told "No", with no explanation why.
She said they would look into it ..... It's just a means of fobbing me off again, & seems odd that whenever I call I get the same person. I told her today that I am taking it to the Ombudsman
