The money was took out my account on 22nd nov 2013, I made refund on 17th Dec 2013. It's now Feb 2014 & I was told 7 days to begin with then changed to 30 days (due to back logg of refunds) then was told I'd get it 31st of January( no ppayment received) phoned Friday 7th of Feb. I was told Monday. Then still nothing. Phoned them Monday 10th of Feb... Payment supposingly with manager & would be with me this week... Phoned again today (12th) & have been told Friday again. So being fobbed off like everyone else! Discusting
