I was persuaded by an article to send for a tooth whitening product along with a second from DentalPro at Home. The article claimed that by trialling both together teeth could show significant improvement within two weeks. The article was misleading in that it suggested this was a cheap way to get teeth whitened. Having had some difficulties making payment for the second trial pack (both were linked from the article) I became concerned, concerns that were reinforced when I read the terms for cancellation on the confirmation of order emails (one from each 'company' though theyhave very ssimilar websites and the same company address). I decided to cancel immediately and did so via an email to each customer service email address and have also tried to do so via their Easy Cancel buttons. Having done so successfully (I thought) for the DentalPro I then tried on the SparkWhitening site and was prevented from submitting a request. So now I don't know where I stand. I assume I might yet receive the trial packs and though I have cancelled my credit card I am concerned that I may be unable to get out of the contracts.
