I ordered a package of bids from this company that was supposed to be 25 bids for something like $15-$16. I came down with shingles 2 days later and have never used any of those bids. There was NOTHING said about a trial offer of any kind. When I got my statement from my credit card is had a charge on there of $99 and on learning who it was I called my card company and they began an investigation into this. I was called yesterday and informed that , because z biddy gave them my correct phone number and email address they could not say this was fraud. Well... yes of course they did have that information because , being an honest person I filled out the form when I purchased the original 25 bids. BUT, when they HAND KEYED ( info from my card company) my credit card info in they changed the amount to $99 for some huge amount of bids , like 200 or 250 or something. I am disabled and live on a very limited income of $1057 per month. There is NO WAY I would have spent that much money on this. And I never USED any of the amount I DID purchase. When I called the company I was told that it was some kind of trial offer I had purchased for $99 and I explained it all to the CSR who informed me that since I didn't call within the 7 day limit they would not refund my money. While searching for the physical address of this company I ran across this pop-up and decided to file with you since you seem to have dealt with these thieves before.
