i was unfortunate enough to select these people to correct my computor.in just the first three days of service i was un able to print doc from emails as they have put some thing into my comp that effects the printing ..i called them and asked the teck to repair ..they tried to do so on three separate many hour sessions and could not fix this matter..
i feel that it has been a very exspensive learning situation for me as now i am unable to get a feund and to my comp is locked out of its printing ablity ..so a new comp will be purchased.. yes they talk a good line but in my situation they were unable to correct their errors..very dis apointed if considering these folks you might want to rethink the decision
