I had authorized for MaxLend to deduct 187.53 from my checking account on 1/17/2014 for interest and fees on a loan I had, but along with the 187.53 MaxLend took 937.53 out overdrawing my account. I called several times Friday January 17 and was told that there was computer glitz and thy were working on repairing the glitz and my account would be credited the 937.53. It is now Saturday 1/18/2014 and I still haven't seen the 937.53 credited back

  • Rebecca, I have been trying to contact them all day on 1/18/2014 and I started at 8:00 am this morning on 1/19/2014. A recording comes on just telling you to leave a messege. If the company has a problem, why don't it just post a notice on its website and let the borrowers know what is going on instead of just trying to ignore its customers. That is not good customer service and when and if you do get to speak to someone at maxlend they just lie to you. Maxlend told my bank to cancel the second charge to my account on 1/17/2014. On the evening of 1/17/2014, they put the charge though my account again and this time the bank paid it. They know exactly what they are doing and I will contact the police dept. in their area to see if I cam have a warrant taken out on them for theft. I took money out of my account without my authorization so that spells theft to me. Maybe if a lot of people contacted the police department in their area it might force their hand to get us our money back. I doubt if we ill get it back on Tuesday but I will be at my bank at 8:00 am to do the best I can to make sure they do not take any more of my hard earned money. People get a warrant for their arrest for STEALING YOUR MONEY. There was no computer glitch just GREED involved. This company figured that since it was a payday loan no one would pay attention to their customers because we went to a payday loan company. BULL. They took my hard-earned money and I want it back plus bank fees and money for the stress this company has caused me. I want to cause them stress also.

    I'm so frustrated here it is a holiday weekend and we are stuck. Do we even know where they are located to even call the police? I spoke to someone yet again today and was told the 937.53 would be credited back Tuesday we shall see in the mean time I'm going to keep calling and letting my voice be heard I'm going to stress them out as much as they are stressing me out. This is ridiculous

  • I just got through to them on their main line 877-936-4336. I am now more angry than I was before. They called my bank to verify the funds went through but were not clear when they asked about the NSF charges so the agent from the bank said there where only 2. When I broke in to clarify that thief transactions caused more than 2 NSF fees, she cut me off. Then after verifying the amounts, I told her my cable had been disconnected and if this continues I will probably have other utilities disconnected as well and that they need to pay for those fees. She stated that they would nay reimburse the overage plus the 2nsf fees. On top of that, she's telling me I may not get the money back until Wednesday!!! I really think that we need to file a class action suit. MaxLend is obviously not going to fully make this right.

  • Please read your contract before you do anything or you could pay more! I read it and they have immunity from the government they are a Indian tribe and you could be sewed for breach of contract I am waiting they said they would put my money back this tuesday the 21st I'm waiting to see then a new account will be opened I recommend this!!! they know when you get payed again and how much so change your account!
