Like the other complaints from December 2013 I happened on this site and registered and suddenly had purchased (unknowingly) $99 bid package. I read through the process and decided I would try to bid on a Kindle, figuring that if I did not win bid I would buy the device as an option, as stated in the website info. I did just that and have not yet received my Kindle ( that I overpaid for in the long run)and none of 3 emails and 2 inquiries through their website support have been answered. In reading other complaints I now have 3 different phone numbers for Z Biddy and have not been able to call during their hours of business (not sure that would lead to anything good at this point). I will report this to my credit card and hope something gets resolved. I now see there is a "hotcloseouts2014" site-- BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
