I purchased what I thought was a trial sample of their facial product with no knowledge of there being a membership joining ( I did not click on the 14 day trial offer - only the sample purchase). The product took 6 days to arrive and ten days later the company deducted $169.00 from my account for a 30-day sample of the product and another $169.00 20 days later for another 30-day supply. I have not received either samples. I called the company and was told that they would give me a one time 50% off of the second order (which I never received) and I told them I did not want the product and if it did come in the mail I would refuse to accept the package. I asked for a manager to speek to and they refused to transfer me to a manager or provide a corporate office number. I like the product but if I had known that it cost $169.00 I would have never ordered it in the first place. I feel that their website is very deceptive to the customer and there for I will be boycotting this product and will be notifying Dr. OZ and the Doctors Show so that they will not recommend this product to the TV viewing audience anymore due to the deceptive website practices.
