On 12/13/2014, I noted a pending charge of 19.65 on my bank statement from a company I've never called or contacted. I called the number associated with the charge (877)894-3532. I was connected to an automated attendant and given the option to cancel the membership.
I cancelled the account via the automated attendant. The recording advised that normal business hours were 9am to 9pm EST, however, I called prior to 9pm EST, and no one was available.
I will attempt to contact company tomorrow and have charge removed from my account.
