A charge for $19.65 appeared on my bank statement from a company I have never called or heard of. On Sunday 04-07 I called the 1-877-894-3532 number listed on my bank transaction record and selected the option to close my account. I will call back during regular hours (9-9 EST) on Monday to complain. I will also visit my bank in person, file a complaint with the TX Attorney General and report this to the FTC.
