Was looking over my bank statement and ran across a charge from DIETINST8778943532TX for a charge of $19.65. Had never heard of this company, never authorized this charge or automatic monthly charge to my account. Customer Service person read off my address, phone number and everything! I told her to cancel my account. Very creepy and scary for someone to get my information and start a recurring payment and I never even knew it!
