Unauthorized Credit Card charge 19.65 on 9/23 by Balanced Media Services (888-332-4560 TX) and 19.65 on 11/21 by RBW Services(888-896-4942 TX). Call to both numbers rang into Health Leader MD-Spoke to a person at that number the next day-call was answered in Manila, Philippines. Was told I had subscribed, manually entered my information, though had never seen this questionable site. They said I would receive a refund for the most recent charge; the earlier would have to be referred to the main office in New Jersey for a decision and call in 48 hours. Well, no response. Going through statements for taxes this morning, I found another charge for 19.65 on 7/24/13 from Lndguide (888-896-4942 TX). Same phone # as RBW Services, but rings into SlenderguideMD, another questionable site with complaints. Appears the name and phone change frequently. A quick google search finds that lists of stolen financial information are sold all the time. I will watch my statements more closely, and file chargebacks with my bank.
