I ordered a pendant from what I thought was an official Swarovksi website at a cost of $85.89 Australian, in fact $89 was taken from my account. It stated that International payments could generate additional charges. Since then there has been no further contact and I have been contacted the bank for resolution. I have also cancelled my bank card to be on the safe side. Incidentally, the email I received from the so called Swarovski website failed Microsoft's fraud detection checks.
Update: 01/15/2014
Swarovski have now claimed the www.swarovski-australia.com website and anyone visiting it will see a message about the counterfeit goods.
