Ordered 2 pairs of leather tall ugg boots received 2 pairs of fake short suede ugg boots. When I email company asking for refund or the correct boots I ordered, I received email stating all products are genuine. I never mentioned anything about fake. They then blocked me. Due to paying with debit card and not credit my bank will not help me, so I am stuck with 2pairs of fake size 4 boots which and last time I order from Internet.
