Decided to purchase "unlimited" for special Christmas special offer price. Downloaded the software, installed, started to backup, but within five minutes, I get a statement from the software that I need to pay an additional $200 because some of my data is stored on an external hard drive.
Firstly, this is not mentioned in any of the documentation when you purchase.
Secondly, who, in this day and age, doesn't store some of their most valued and treasured family video or photographs offline on external disk?
Thirdly, I have written and written and written to ask for a refund (within their stated 30 day period), but I am constantly battered with alternative offers that are of no interest to me.
If I get too pushy, them simply ignore any emails.
