I responded to the add for the free trial on December 8th and was charged $4.95 and then $3.97 for shipping. One product was charged under the name Outside In Skin and the other under the name Wrinkle Free. I didn't even realize that I had signed up for two different products being shipped from 2 different locations. I didn't receive the product until 12/13. There was nothing included with the bottles, no instructions or return info. Today on 12/26 by bank account was debited $99 and $93. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card and filed a dispute. Complete rip off and unethical company. I barely had the product 14 days and didn't have a chance to return it before being charged. Very sneaky advertising and misleading to say the least.
