- Monthly CPS platinum and CPS silver dividends were promised to continue until 2015 (platinum) and 2016 (Silevr). However, dividends stopped without prior notice on 5th June 2013.

According to VGMC's original Timeline, CPS Platinum and CPS Silver were to continue until 2015 and 2016. On 05/06/2013 the timeline was changed to reflect the recent changes i.e. 2015/2016 listing of CPS platinum was made in June 2013.

- Registration fees of already acquired CPS platinum and CPS silver which needs to take place in Londin according to VGMC recnet announcement of 05/06/2013 requires USD.20 needs to be paid for every share acquired e.g. persoanlly, I need to pay USD 2300 to get a certificate verifying that I have VGMC shares that will be listed.

- All these evidences show the VGMC has clearly started bluffing their way to wash their hands in order not to be accountable to shareholders who invested millions and millions of Dollars.
