I received a collection letter from Collect Pros. stating I owed $74.12 on the product Equinox DaynNight. I have never received a bill stating I owed anything. I called Equinox and they stated that I ordered it 12/15/15. If I did it was as a FREE sample. This is on their web page when I checked it this a.m. (5/11/16. I talked with someone with the name Mervin and he said if I didn't like the product "To send it Back". That will cost me money and I am on SS and a pension left by my husband when he passed away. That is why I would never have ordered anything costing $74.12. I see there are many complaints on their web page and many of them state they have received the same courtesy notice from Collect Pro with the same amount of money requested.
