I have been receiving phone calls from this company for a week or two, was just ignoring them because its the holidays, credit card companies are calling everyone, loan companies, so on and so forth. They finally left a voicemail stating this was time sensitive, and I was going to go to jail for 21 days if I did not show up to court with an attorney and 8000 dollars. When I called back asking who the loan I supposedly took out was through he said it was some kind of company they take care of. He didnt exact names. And when I asked how much the loan was I had taken out was, the guy didnt have an exact amount, or date when i signed for a loan. When asked for details, he told me the sheriff would be at my house in the morning with papers, and that he didnt want to give me any false info. If he had my case in front of him, he should have been able to give details. I read about them on this site, called them back told them what I had read, and they hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE IN.
