I went to the usps.com website to change my daughter's address. My daughter is mentally challenged and I am her representative and handle her bills and all legal matters. I have used usps.com before and it was legitimate and I knew they would request a small fee to reassure that the person was actually the real person wanting to change the address. I accepted the $3.95 fee and the extra fee of $1.00 for stopping junk mail. I didn't find out that I had been ripped off until I got my bank statement one month later. Changemyaddress.com had charged $4.95 and also charged a fee of $29.95 to my account instead of it being usps.com for only $4.95. I have never used changemyaddress.com and never even knew about it until they ripped me off for $29.95. I used usps.com and they must have a ghost site or are clickjacking or something to take over the website without my knowledge and then steal money behind my back. Please help me get my money refunded and make them pay for their illegal (Inappropriate Content Removed).
Thank you, (Personal Information Removed)

Update: 12/06/2013

Please contact me if there is any info about this scammer. You may call me (Personal Information Removed). I do not want to use my credit card for the Premium Support. I would end up spending even more money to try to get it back.

Update: 12/17/2013

I called the number (888)208-1966 that was with their site information. I spoke to a man who told me to give last 4 digits on the card, the name used. I asked why?, he said "Give it to me or you can just sit there and be stupid!"

Update: 12/17/2013

I closed the card for fear of being targeted for more stolen funds! The phone call was very rude and demeaning. Not a trust worthy phone call!
