On or about November 26, 2013, I had purchased a package from hotcloseouts2013.com for 200 bids for $99.00. After I confirmed the purchase, the site told me that If I verified my account that I would receive additional bids (which I never did receive). After that, I looked at the items on the home page and seen an iPad which I started bidding on. First thin I noticed was that the site was extremely slow in the bid response which ultimately made me lose a bid and the iPad bid didn't show I bid Half the time. The bid counter at the top of the page also showed that I had less bids then what I bid on the iPad and the extra bid package. I messaged both tech support and billing to let them know this was happening to me as well as I wanted full amount paid back for the package that I was unaware I was getting in the first place. I have still not received any notification as to an answer and just for the record, the iPad is still being bid on and it's December 6, 2013

  • my bank's fraud dept gave me a phone number- which is non-existent on their website! 888-406-6509. Long wait times, but eventually you get to talk to someone. GL!

  • I seen a number on here and called n luckily it was their number, It took 10-15 mins to get a customer service rep tho. The number was:(877) 924-3390. I told the lady that picked up that I was done dealing with the scam. They offered me 50% plus a voucher for $100 to any gas station... I told them I'm not takin the chance with the voucher and want all my money back or I will be getting my bank/attorney involved. After they tried to give me the same offer several times and me refusing, they gave me a confirmation # and email for a full refund.
