Went to do the "free sign up". I was charged $99. There is no customer service. Site says they have live customer service but I can not get any response. I tried the service ticket but again no response.
I called my bank and complained about fraud. They had to cancel my account because they said this company will continue to charge you. That does not mean I get my money back, but it stops any future charges. I need to call back the bank in 5 days and do a fraud complaint and hope to get my money returned.
They also told me there have been several complaints and it falls under the Zbiddy phone contact.
Good luck getting through though.
