I ordered a trail sample of the products and apparently didn't see I should have returned the product within 14 days or my account would be charged. They charged my account $300.00 and my account went negative therefore charging me numerous insufficient fund charges. I called them and they tried to explain. I ended up hanging up on them because I couldn't understand them. They then charged my account another $225.00 and sent me more product. I returned the product and called them once again. They assured me they would refund my money. I have received only $73.00 back to this day
